Divorce & Relationship Ending Workshops
What can I expect in a ReDefine Coach™ Divorce & Relationship Ending Workshop?
The Divorce & Relationship Ending Workshop is a ten-week educational program that will help you adjust to the end of a love relationship. It is based on the work of Dr. Bruce Fisher, the renowned pioneer in the field of divorce recovery. Rebuilding is taken by people in different stages of the separation process. Some are separating; some divorced, some have not married, but are ending a significant relationship. Some are still together but aren’t sure if they will continue their relationship, and some are already divorced or separated. Some initiated the ending; others are surprised by the ending.
Participants will work through a proven, time tested 19-rebuilding blocks process to progress towards healing and rebuilding trust in self and relationship. This model sets the context which acts as a springboard for our group’s thought provoking and healing discussions.
We gather for a term of 10 weeks, in a confidential small group to discuss new ideas and explore perspectives, connecting in a safe place with a community of new friends, sharing personal insights and discoveries.
Note, there are ten two-hour meetings. The final meeting is a shared meal where we celebrate what we’ve learnt and how much we’ve grown in our self awareness.
You will move beyond frustrations and overwhelming emotions and progress more easily into coping with daily life stresses and life challenges. Ultimately, your senses will be refined, clarified and redefined.
