Confidentiality: All sessions are 100% confidential and all client information is held in a locked cabinet.
Appointments: The initial consultation is 60-90 minutes. All follow-ups are 60 minutes. If more time is needed then consideration will be made and are subject to the hourly fee. All appointments are scheduled in advance. Consideration for all scheduled appointments is necessary. If you are late to an appointment you may use the remaining time of the scheduled appointment but you may not exceed the allotted time. Payment is due up front. Packages must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase. (Tele-coaching or Video-coaching via Zoom)
Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of all appointments. Note, you will be subject to the cost of $50 for sessions not cancelled in this time frame and full cost for no-shows or at-time of appointment cancellations. The cancellation must be paid prior to our next session. ReDefine may terminate an agreement should there be an ongoing issue with cancellations. Note, in order for sessions to be effective, appointments must be maintained as much as possible.
Fees: Note, money is one of the more complex issues facing individuals daily. Taking this into consideration, my fees and packages may be discussed in person should my typical fees be outside your reach, I do offer a sliding fee scale based on your financial circumstance. Your healing and success are extremely important to me.
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Any major credit card used will be subject to a 3% transaction fee.
Billing/Insurance: All services may be paid with cash, e-transfer or major credit card and is due at the time of service. You may want to check with your insurance provider to see if this form of modality can be covered under your health spending account etc.
Refund Policy: I do this because I love to see people succeed and it is an incredible experience to watch someone change and transform by using my services. Please note that I do put in hard work and time to create my programs and services.
My guarantee is to provide you with all of the support and guidance you need to be successful. If I’m not the right fit, you can be sure I will find the right resources to support and assist you. In saying that, I believe in creating Win/Win solutions. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis with the consideration of my time spent.
Due to space limitation for support groups, work shops and retreats–seats will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged in order to confirm your place. There are no refunds for the registration fees with respects to support groups and work shops once payment is made.
