This months book recommendation was chosen for the simple fact that at some time or another, we’ll all need to know how to survive change we never asked for! I believe that the topic of “Adaptability” would have been a great core subject to have been exposed to during our development years in school.

The author covers important issues such as how to manage, navigate and accept change. How to relate to fear, worry and regret well. And one of my favourite topics as a Professional Certified Life Coach–how to use your circumstance to open your heart and create a new self concept that will empower you to live a life thats full of meaning and purpose.

I personally just pulled this book off my shelf. The last time I read this was in 2013. I know this because I have an old receipt from an airport in Vegas tucked away inside. If you have growing teenagers in your household please think about getting a copy. Our world is ever changing so quickly. Its a simple read and divided up quite nicely. This book is being walked upstairs right now and handed to my 18yr old son!
